Chocolate Cookie

On most days, we love the Chocolate. Chocolate Cookies are best if they are freshly baked and eaten within the day.

Living in Budapest has given me more opportunities to bake some homemade cakes and cookies. Zsolt loves softer texture of cookies. So he absolutely love pancakes. In Hungary, we make them really thin, and they are called 'palacsinta' (pronounced 'pa-la-chin-ta' :)) For me, i luuuuuuuvvvv cookies, especially chocolate cookies.

Once I made them and included pudding powder, I found the recipe somewhere and it was very delicious!

I guess the secret to a good chocolate cookie is the time you bake it. If you remove it from the oven after five minutes, and let it rest on the baking sheet for about 2-3 minutes, you will get a wonderful texture that is soft in the inside (a little chewy too) and crispy on the outside. What more can you ask for?
